What Our Participants Say

Dr. L touches on parts of ‘building our self worth’ which are totally practical, but deeper and more attainable (with practice) than I have heard before.

Dorie

Hi! I just wanted to thank you for giving us the weekly classes with Miriam. It’s the one class I wait for all week that gives me strength and joy for the rest of the week. I learn so much from her and get chizuk to get through difficulties. I have been listening from the beginning and have so much gratitude to Jewish workshops for running this program.

Galit

I would really like to thank Jewish Workshops and Sarah Chana Radcliffe for Family Circle. It has changed my life for the better, BH. I have learned and am practicing so many good relaxing methods and techniques in handling life challenges. Just the other day my daughter came home telling me she did EFT on a friend that was very upset about something and it really calmed her down. So Family Circle is not only helping me but family and friends too.

Thanks again for all your great work.

David Lieberman has the knowledge and experience to transform people’s lives.

Chaya Hinda Allen is one of the top experts in coaching. I have had the pleasure of working with many top therapists and her skills are amazing. She has helped me tremendously. I hit a block where nothing else worked. Her comprehensive knowledge and resources are unmatched by anyone else I have worked with. Thank you, Chaya Hinda Allen and Jewish Workshops.

As an American Jew trained in transpersonal psychology, I am extremely grateful for Dr. Adahan’s acumen, flexibility and teaching ability in helping us heal ourselves and others in a Jewish way! Her flexibility in responding to us in real time on the seminar is unparalleled. She is amazing at responding to feedback and always keeping Hashem in the picture. I try to never miss this webinar!  When she says something I disagree with, I don’t try to change her, I merely consider it and let it lay there. I can pick it up later if I want to come back to it.

Imelda

Chaya Hinda helped me to get through my grandson’s open heart surgery when he was 4 months old. I don’t know how I would have managed without her amazing guidence and imagery. I have so many stories of hashgacha now. Thank you Chaya Hinda.

I did want to let Dr. Feiner know that his presentation was clear, practical, constructive, and very real. I was actually listening in order to get some ideas to help a friend who suffers from what she calls flashbacks, but from my reading seem more like panic attacks. I shared with her The BOLD protocol, which seems to me a very effective technique and great acronym. I also want to say that Dr. Feiner was so humble and honest. He didn’t claim to have all the answers, he was very willing to say that he couldn’t answer a certain question, rather than beat around the bush, and I think people feel more comfortable with someone who is not pushy but rather really wants to share something he truly believes in. And I Iove the idea of a Torah based mindfulness practice!

I wish you hatzlacha rabba in your course and in all your endeavors!

Miriam and the participants are so insightful, kind, caring, intelligent and validating. Participating is like a mini vacation.

I am able to think and feel empowered!

I can sleep better. Enjoy relationships. Be creative and alive!

When I got the original email about saving the Family Circle I was really in shock. I just kept staring at the words on the screen trying to comprehend. I joined the Family Circle at the start and I tell everyone it has been the best thing I’ve ever done. The Family Circle has allowed me to change in so many ways I didn’t even know existed. Although I am not necessarily such an active participant, my life is so much more wholesome and serene. My whole family is benefiting from all the various strategies I have learned here. It makes me so sad to think that this class might be ending.
