Sarah Chana Radcliffe: Let Them – Finding Your Emotional Balance
A 4-Part Recorded Video Series on Managing Emotional Triggers and Difficult Relationships

Sarah Chana Radcliffe helps you understand how to respond when other people frustrate, upset, or disappoint you. In Let Them, you’ll learn how to stop trying to control other people’s behavior and focus instead on your own thoughts, choices, and reactions.

Do you ever find yourself wishing someone would change? Does another person’s behavior leave you feeling frustrated, hurt, or overwhelmed?

It can be exhausting to spend so much energy thinking about what someone else said or did.

With Sarah Chana Radcliffe, you’ll learn a different way to approach these situations. Instead of focusing on what other people should do, you’ll learn how to manage your own reactions and make thoughtful choices.

The goal is not to stop caring about others or accept every behavior. It’s to recognize what you can and cannot control, and learn how to respond in a healthier way.

Who Is Sarah Chana Radcliffe’s Let Them Workshop For?

This course is for you if you:

  • Feel Easily Frustrated by Others: Other people’s words and actions can upset you, sometimes long after the interaction is over. You want to learn how to respond without getting caught up in the frustration.
  • Struggle with Difficult Relationships: You find it challenging to deal with certain behaviors from your spouse, children, friends, colleagues, or extended family.
  • Wish People Would Change: You spend a lot of time thinking about how others should behave. You want to focus more on what is actually within your control.
  • Feel Emotionally Overwhelmed: Certain situations leave you feeling hurt, angry, or unsettled. You want practical ways to regain your balance.
  • Want to React Less and Respond Better: You’d like to pause, think clearly, and choose your response instead of reacting automatically.
  • Want Healthier Relationships: You want to let others be themselves while taking responsibility for your own choices and actions.

This 4-part recorded video series with Sarah Chana Radcliffe includes practical methods, class notes, and guided meditations to help you apply what you learn to everyday situations.

This is the first forum/professional that is real and down to earth and knowledgeable enough to help us!!! You are the first professional that both me and my husband agree to listen to because you cover all the aspects!!!

I am really grateful that this is being offered. I currently don’t have a mentor in my life and I feel that this is giving me the chance to get some mentoring (and more!) in the most important area of my life!

I am amazed! Each time I try a tactic it really works.
