In this 6-part workshop, with Sarah Pachter, you will walk away with skills you’ll use for the rest of your marriage:

  • A Language Both of You Can Hear
Learn to translate your feelings into words your spouse can receive, and truly hear what’s behind what he’s saying.
  • Defuse Before You Combust
Interrupt the cycle before it escalates. Practical regulation tools to pause, reset, and re-enter a conversation from a place of strength.
  • Repair Without Residue
How to apologize so it actually sticks, and how to accept an apology without carrying the wound forward into the next argument.
  • Know When to Push, When to Pause
The three “no’s” and three “knows” framework gives you clear, confident guidelines for the hardest conversations in any marriage.
  • Intimacy Through Honesty
Real closeness comes from real conversation. Discover how vulnerability, done right, creates the connection that every marriage is searching for.
  • Torah Wisdom Meets Modern Research
Sarah uniquely weaves timeless Jewish wisdom with the latest findings from relationship science, giving you depth and practicality at once.

This isn’t theory, it’s a repeatable toolkit you can reach for the moment a difficult conversation comes up.

Courses by Sarah Pachter:

Just wanted to thank you for your 4-part series. Happily married for nearly 40 years, my wife and I still thoroughly enjoyed your classes and learned a lot. Your openness, thoroughness and ability to demystify such a sensitive subject were truly amazing.

I’m writing to let you know I signed up for your intimacy class and I’m listening to the first one and I’m so blown away! I love it! You are amazing! You are taking a topic that people find hard to discuss and making it so accessible and empowering. Thank you !!

You should know that you are the first woman I feel so comfortable and blessed to be open to. I did always ask Hashem to send me the right shaliach for my deepest marriage questions that I can’t ask anyone..
