Introductory Session: Lifeline Through Prayer: Discover the three components of prayer, what they mean on a deeper level and what it means to seek out Hashem in your tefillah and your everyday experiences.
Session 1: Each Man to Himself: Explore what judgment means and what it means that Hashem judges you during the high holidays. Examine the concepts of free choice, the purpose of punishment, and fear of pain and how take a spiritual accounting of your deeds to come out of the holidays with a clean slate.
Session 2: Waiting for Our Return: Delve in to the spiritual topic of teshuva, mazal, and a person’s mission on this earth. Discover the 5 obstacles that often can get in the way of doing teshuva and you we can overcome them.
Session 3: Beloved By G-d: Discover the significance of psalms during Elul and particularly their relationship with the shofar blasts. Take a step deeper and find out what Korah has to do with the psalms on Rosh Hashanah and the spiritual aspects of Hashem that we strive to emulate.
Session 4: We Need You!: Experience an inspiring class on prayer and returning to Hashem. Expand your awareness that G-d is listening to you and you can create a personal connection with Him through the verses recited before Shofar blowing.
Session 5: Let Our Prayers Come Before You: Discover how to say viduy, and repent for any sins whether intentional or not.
Session 6: Yom Kippur Short Viduy: Gain a deeper understanding of the short Viduy, which is repeated throughout the Yom Kippur service. Apply these sessions into your life through a homework assignment.

Internationally acclaimed speaker and educator, Rebbetzin Tziporah Gottlieb is a senior faculty member at Neve Yerushalayim and principal of Bnos Avigail seminary. She authored eight books, including Here You Are, Battle Plans, and This Way Up.
Rebbetzin Gottlieb led a Jewish Workshops online community for many years and her classes are available from Jewish Workshops.
