Session 3: Forgiving Myself for What I Didn’t DoÂ

Delve into the topic of abuse and how it affects the child-mother relationship both in youth and in adulthood. Explore common themes in the cycles of abuse. Experience writing exercises to help you discover what you could have done differently in your past in order to fully heal and move forward in life.

Session 4: Forgiving Myself for What I Did

Discover the capacity Hashem created within us to return to Him. Explore the history of teshuva dating back to Adam HaRishon (the first man) and what you can learn from history when it comes to your teshuva this year for Rosh Hashanah. Examine the subtleties of how Hashem judges you and experience teshuva exercises to assist you in your teshuva process.
