$297.00
This series guides you back to your inner essence beneath the noise of roles, routines, and expectations. It reconnects you with your neshama, voice, and desires so you can walk into the new year feeling grounded, whole, and worthy.
In this exclusive course you will:
- Shift mental and emotional blocks that prevent you from trusting yourself and moving forward with confidence
- Reconnect with your authentic self by moving beyond the noise of daily roles, routines, and external expectations
- Rediscover your inner voice and desires by getting back in touch with your neshama (soul) and what truly matters to you
- Enter the new year feeling grounded and whole with a strong sense of your own worth and value
- Learn to get out of your own way by identifying and transforming patterns of self-sabotage that hold you back
- Release guilt, fear, and resentment so you can open yourself to receive what your heart genuinely desires
Week One: Showing Up Authentically
In this foundational session, Jackie invites you to begin the work of becoming “unblocked” — emotionally, spiritually, energetically. You’ll explore how fear and projection prevent true connection and how learning to show up — fully, vulnerably, and unapologetically — is the first step in becoming a vessel for love and miracles.
You’ll explore:
- How shame and judgment block us from intimacy
- Why showing up fully is key to receiving more
- The subconscious fears we project onto others
- The spiritual power of authenticity
Week Two: Surrendering the Resistance
Here you’ll learn the subtle ways we avoid our feelings — through distraction, suppression, or blame — and how that resistance keeps us stuck. Jackie introduces a method of gently sitting with emotions, letting them express themselves, and surrendering what no longer serves.
You’ll explore:
- The five common ways we resist emotions
- The spiritual and somatic practice of surrender
- How judgment keeps us stuck
- The “letting go” process
- Turning emotional clutter into clarity
Week Three: Embodiment + Receiving
This class ties together the surrender work with real-life application — especially in relationships. You’ll look at what it means to become truly available for love, safety, connection, and divine blessings by tuning into your body and aligning with your values.
You’ll explore:
- The role of embodiment in relationships
- Recognizing emotional safety vs. anxiety
- Becoming a vessel for Hashem’s bracha
- Letting love and connection in
Week Four: Rebuilding Inner Safety
We begin by exploring what it really means to trust ourselves — and how most of us have internalized self-doubt, shame, or fear. Jackie unpacks how our self-talk shapes our inner environment and how healing begins when we create safety with ourselves.
You’ll explore:
- What true self-trust means (and what it’s not)
- The connection between safety and trust
- How self-abandonment breaks inner integrity
- The role of somatic awareness in rebuilding trust
- Torah sources that mirror internal work (e.g., “As water reflects the face…”)
Week Five: Tuning Into Inner Wisdom
Now that we’ve begun to cultivate self-trust, this session teaches how. Jackie introduces the “Head–Heart–Gut” method — a somatic framework to access deeper clarity, especially around decision making. You’ll learn how to stop outsourcing your wisdom and start hearing your inner yes and no.
You’ll explore:
- The Head–Heart–Gut model for clarity
- How emotional confusion is often a lack of tuning in
- Tools to build decisiveness and intuition
- How to practice with small, low-stakes decisions
- Redefining mistakes as learning — not failure
Week Six: Integration & Embodied Alignment
This final class focuses on integration. With the foundations of self-trust and surrender in place, Jackie guides you toward becoming the woman who lives this work. Through self-love meditation and live coaching, you’ll learn what it feels like to operate from alignment and compassion.
You’ll explore:
- What self-love looks like in daily practice
- How to respond (not react) to your emotions
- Why your body holds wisdom your mind can’t access
- The power of compassion in rewiring inner patterns
- How to walk into Rosh Hashanah open, whole, and aligned

I had literally hit my rock bottom emotionally and mentally when I had my first session with Jackie. I kept going down the same path over and over again that had actually made me physically sick. After one session Jackie guided me toward the light and joy and calmness finally came back into my life. I feel like Jackie saved my life and I can start to thrive and grow and be the person I want to be.

I met Jackie years ago while sitting in on a class that she was giving. I was blown away by her wisdom in both Torah and psychology. Ever since then, I have looked towards Jackie for support and guidance through some really tough times. The past 2 months, working with Jackie as my life coach has been life changing. Her ability to give me the guidance needed to achieve my goals, have not only helped me in the present but has also given me the tools to access in the future, if necessary. I recommend working with Jackie to anyone that is truly motivated to transform their life. It is truly the greatest gift that you can give yourself.

I feel much more free, vulnerable, authentic and connecting. I’m much more present, self accepting. I feel really different from where I was. I am loving who I am and don’t feel I need to convince others to love me because I love me. There’s nothing I need to change about myself. I don’t need to prove anything.
