Be a Leader
$297.00
In this series, you’ll learn how to lead yourself with spiritual strength by mastering your thoughts and emotions, protecting yourself from toxic people, and connecting to G-d’s unconditional love even in the darkest times.
This 7-part series includes inspirational methods and motivational techniques to become the leader you were meant to be:
- Free will and elevated emotions are your power – Practice generating the five elevated emotions (unconditional love, joy, gratitude, faith, peace) to rise above dark forces and negativity.
- You are a leader ruling over FIST constituents – Take charge of your Feelings, Impulses, Sensations, and Thoughts rather than letting them control you.
- Protect yourself from toxic people – Dark Triad individuals will never change; use techniques like the “oh” response, five-word magic, and maintaining distance to preserve your wellbeing.
- Control what’s in your box – Focus only on what you can control (thoughts, speech, actions) and leave God’s business and other people’s business alone.
- Reframe obligations as privileges – Shift from “I have to” to “I get to” and choose secure thoughts that affirm God’s love for you.
- Give to others to feel joy – True happiness comes from giving, helping others, and showing gratitude rather than seeking external validation.
Class 1: G-d’s Greatest Gift to Mankind This class explores free will as God’s greatest gift and teaches the difference between seeing with physical eyes versus spiritual eyes of the heart. It introduces the practice of generating five elevating emotions (unconditional love, joy, gratitude, faith, and peace) to counteract dark forces that try to shrink us through shame and negativity.
Class 2: 5 Essential Keys to Demonstrate Self-Leadership This class presents three of the five keys: staying balanced between individual needs and community sensitivity, using action to change moods rather than letting emotions control you, and taking secure thoughts by reprogramming your brain’s filtering system. It emphasizes making choices from love and reframing obligations as privileges (“I get to” instead of “I have to”).
Class 3: Fighting for Sanity and Maturity This class teaches that a good life isn’t one of ease but one that builds strength through battle against addictions and negative forces. It emphasizes developing your own identity, viewing yourself as a “7-G person” (God-centered, good-hearted, generous, grateful, genuine, growth-oriented and gutsy), and ruling over your FIST constituents (Feelings, Impulses, Sensations, Thoughts).
Class 4: A Sweet Trick to Feeling G-D’s Love This class focuses on gratitude as essential to spiritual and emotional health, explaining how lack of gratitude leads to madness, blindness, and bewilderment. It introduces a powerful technique of writing “I ❤ you” with your non-dominant hand on your body or surfaces to access your inner wellspring of love and heal from past wounds.
Class 5: What Is the Most Powerful Thought of All? This class teaches the concept of “hashtaka” (silencing the brain) and using the box rule to distinguish what’s in your control (thoughts, speech, actions), what’s God’s business (past and future events), and what’s other people’s business (their opinions of you). It emphasizes that nothing can hurt us except our own thoughts and that we always have the choice to lead a God-centered life.
Class 6: How Can We Feel Joy in the Darkness? This class addresses finding joy during difficult times (specifically referencing the year following October 7th attacks) through radical acceptance, giving to others, and the “helper’s high.” It teaches that true happiness comes from giving and that we can choose to feel elevated emotions even amid pain by forgiving ourselves first and releasing toxic people from our minds.
Class 7: Q&A This Q&A session provides practical strategies for dealing with toxic and narcissistic people, including finger breathing, the “oh” response to insults, and “word magic” techniques using five words or less. It emphasizes protecting yourself through self-care, understanding that Dark Triad people will never change, and maintaining your sense of value through connection with God rather than seeking validation from abusive people.

Courses by Miriam Adahan:
Learning to identify cognitive dissonance and not being afraid of making mistakes or castigating my shortcomings realizing G-d made me as I am for a reason… This has been the best investment of my life which has led to unimaginable sense of achievement, inner peace, humility and joy.ֲ I truly fear to imagine had G-d not sent Miriam into my life.”
Her teachings have strengthened those of us who are puzzled by and extremely hurt/damaged by those whom she calls NARCS and SHARKS. We must be able to identify the problem before healing can take place. Many of us have been damaged by some people’s actions and words.
She is teaching the importance of self protection and growth, understanding the necessity of self-love and self-worth. All within a Jewish perspective. She teaches us to depend upon Hash-m and ourselves, not upon others for our needs. Miriam’s support and her ability toֲ form and nurture a community which supports one another is a blessing. She is more than just a teacher and mentor. She is a friend and a healer.
