In this 3-part series, you will:

~Practical methods to use when you have been wronged rather than setting off a chain of negativity
~Gain the skills to think rationally through anger-triggering moments and respond in a way that elicits peace rather than lashing out
~Discover the Torah wisdom for handling anger rather than relying on our innate automatic responses
Session 1: Explore the different targets of our anger, the potential results in different relationships and why talking out the anger will only make it worse. We learned how to recognize the signs when we are angry and the steps to take to re-introduce the mind to the body.
Session 2: Learn the difference between constructive and non-constructive anger and two principles for dealing with anger.
Session 3: Explore how and when to offer tochacha, rebuke and the 5 steps to follow if we need to rebuke someone.
About Rebbetzin Tziporah Heller: Internationally acclaimed speaker and educator, Rebbetzin Tziporah Heller has been a full-time lecturer at Neve Yerushalayim College in Jerusalem since 1980, impacting the lives of thousands of women worldwide.
