Nikki Rotshtein, OTR/L, is a parent coach and pediatric occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children and families. As an OT, she was drawn to Sara Chana Radcliffe’s work for its deep understanding of neuroscience and how parents can rewire their own patterns — so they can ultimately guide their children in wiring theirs, growing into adults with the skills that matter most and a deep sense of connection. The training built on her clinical experience and gave her a way to package those skills into clear, practical strategies that parents can actually use in everyday life.
Through her work at KAVANA Parenting, Nikki supports families struggling with a complex child/ren and/or the complexities of parenting. She is known for breaking things down in a way that feels manageable and real—helping parents understand behavior, respond with intention, and walk away knowing what to do next in the moments that matter most.
