Rena Yudkowsky
Rena Yudkowsky, a professional memory coach and geriatric social worker, is the founder of Memory Matters. She teaches online memory improvement courses to mid-lifers and seniors.
Over the past twenty years in the field, she has served as the director of an Alzheimer’s unit in an assisted living facility in Maryland, the director of development at a senior enrichment program in Israel, trainer for dementia caregivers, facilitator of support groups, and international lecturer on aging topics. She is a licensed brain health trainer by Dr. Amen, and does 1:1 memory coaching as well.
Doron Lazarus
Certified Sleep Science Coach, Hypnotherapist, the Founder and Chief Sleep Coach at Sleep Coach Academy.
Doron Lazarus has dedicated his life to help coach clients around the world. As a sufferer of insomnia himself, he knows how frustrating not being able to sleep can be. Combining his BSc from UCLA in Psychobiology, with years of research into mindfulness and sleep studies, Doron has pioneered the Slumber Solution to help clients around the world get the help they need. He is the author of the groundbreaking work called “Don’t Mind If I Do: Using the Power of Jewish Mindfulness to Transform Your Life”. He lives with his family, in Cincinnati, OH.
Miriam Hendeles
Miriam Hendeles, MT-BC is a music therapist who services hospice patients and has for the past thirty years worked with various populations using music to achieve client goals. She holds a B.S in computer science from Brooklyn College and B.A. in Music and M.A. in Special Education from CSU Northridge. She is the author of “Mazel Tov! It’s a Bubby!” (The Joys and Oys of Being a Mother, Mother-in-law, and Grandmother) (2012); and “Best Foot Forward” (How a Broken Bone Changed My Life Forever) (2021). Miriam is a member of JWOW! and helped launch their online community for Jewish midlife women. She writes personal essays on midlife and grandmother-hood, that have been published in Binah Magazine, Los Angeles Jewish Home, Family First magazine, and elsewhere in print and online.
Sara Yoheved Rigler
Sara Yoheved Rigler is a popular international lecturer, author and marriage mentor. She has given lectures and workshops in Israel, England, Switzerland, South Africa, Mexico, Chile, Canada, and over thirty American cities. Through her highly-acclaimed marriage workshop, Sara Yoheved has helped women around the world improve their marriages and transform their marriages.
Rabbi Aryeh Nivin
Rabbi Nivin is an expert in Jewish Personal Development for today’s day and age. Jewish Personal Development can be defined as working on one’s character traits, learning how to live a happy life, and developing a positive relationship with God. Dubbed as “The Jewish Oprah,” Yael is a sought after speaker who captivates and empowers with her honest, relatable, and profoundly Jewish approach to money and life. Yael’s appearances include speeches at the Jewish Learning Institute (JLI) National Jewish Retreat, Momentum, Wizo, Hadassa, as well as JCC’s and Chabad Houses around the world. Yael earned her bachelors in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University, and MBA from NYU. She is a native of Puerto Rico but currently resides in Houston, Texas, with her husband and four children.
